I’m Benjamin J. Adkins, a Certified Professional Agile Coach, executive coach, and leadership strategist. I work with leaders and organizations to create clarity, strengthen decision making, and align teams so they can execute effectively in complex environments.

My career spans nearly two decades across program management, customer success leadership, and executive coaching. I have worked inside and alongside organizations such as Amazon and Uber Freight, supporting leaders responsible for navigating growth, operational complexity, and high expectations. Today I partner with executives, leadership teams, and Customer Success organizations that want stronger alignment between strategy, people, and execution.

My work is grounded in inquiry and restorative practice. I help leaders step back and see the full system people, process, and possibility so they can make thoughtful decisions that move their teams and organizations forward. Through structured dialogue and practical frameworks, I support leaders in improving processes, strengthening trust, and creating environments where accountability and clarity can thrive.
